Full Refund is allowed within 30 days of purchase - if the piece is damaged in shipping or if the wrong item is sent.
Partial Refund is given within 30 days of purchase - if buyer decideds that they do not want the piece. In this case, there is no refund on shipping, and buyer must pay for return shipping of piece in undamaged condition before refund is processed.
